Letter From Our President For 2025-2026

Dear NJWC Members,

I hope this message finds you well! As the newly elected President of the North Jersey Water Conference, I’m honored to lead this incredible organization into an exciting new chapter. We’re embracing a future rooted in professional development, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of camaraderie across our industry.

This year, we're rolling out a fresh slate of member engagement initiatives designed to make NJWC more than just a conference—it’s becoming a true community. Our Technology Committee is hard at work on a new membership app that will make it easier than ever to stay connected, register for events, and engage with fellow members. We're also introducing a Plus-One Initiative to encourage members to bring guests to our events, helping grow our network and create a more social atmosphere.

We’re also expanding our calendar to include new programming that blends networking with fun. Picture high-speed thrills at an indoor go-kart night, a completely reimagined President’s Party at the Black Bull Steakhouse & Cigar Lounge, and our first-ever Ladies’ Night at the Historic Roosevelt—a special evening to celebrate the ladies who support our careers, as well as the women already making an impact in our industry. These events aren’t just entertainment—they’re opportunities to strengthen the relationships that drive NJWC forward.
