NJWC Membership Registration Is Now Open.

The North Jersey Water Conference is pleased to open membership registration for the 2026–2027 program year.

NJWC is building on one of its most active program years in recent memory, with strong participation across training, networking, and member events — including the Vendor Expo, Ladies Night, Holiday Banquet, President’s Party, Go-Kart Night, TCH programs, the Flo Classic Charity Golf Outing, and the Annual Membership Picnic.

The year ahead will bring another full schedule of education, networking, and industry connection, including a new indoor golf experience planned for mid-January. Final program dates will be shared as they are confirmed.

Updated Membership Options for 2026–2027

NJWC has updated its membership classifications to make it easier for individuals, organizations, retirees, vendors, guests, and first-time members to choose the option that best fits their needs.

For members who plan to participate throughout the year, the Individual Membership remains the best overall value. NJWC is also offering a limited Introductory / Trial Membership for first-time members who want to experience the Conference before moving into a standard membership category.

MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS

Individual Membership — $260
Best value for individuals who plan to participate throughout the NJWC program year.

Entitles the named individual to attend all regular NJWC meeting events at no additional per-event charge. Includes listing in the Membership Directory / Ad Journal.

Retired Individual Membership — $220
Same benefits as Individual Membership, for those retired from a water, wastewater, utility, or related profession who want to remain connected to NJWC.

Organizational Membership — $310
Allows an employer or organization to designate different employees to attend regular NJWC events, with one attendee per event using the membership benefits.

Recommended for municipalities, utilities, authorities, consulting firms, and other organizations that want flexible staff participation.

Vendor/Partner Membership — $810
Includes all benefits of Organizational Membership, plus a full-page color advertisement in the NJWC Ad Journal and booth space at the annual Vendor Expo at no additional cost.

Recommended for companies that support the water sector through equipment, services, technical expertise, and industry partnership.

Pay-As-You-Go Membership — $120
For individuals who attend occasionally or want to stay connected while paying separately for events as they register.

Includes listing in the Membership Directory / Ad Journal.

Retired Pay-As-You-Go Membership — $35
A flexible option for retired professionals who want to remain connected while paying separately for individual events.

Plus One Membership — $155
Allows a spouse, significant other, or guest to accompany an Individual Member to regular NJWC events at no additional per-event charge.

Must be linked to an active primary membership.

This option is ideal for dinners, networking events, and social gatherings.

Introductory / Trial Membership — $195
A one-time, first-year membership option for individuals who have never previously held NJWC membership.

This membership is designed as an introduction to the Conference and provides access to selected regular NJWC events during the program year.

Trial Membership includes access to selected introductory events, including:

  • Ladies Night
  • Holiday Banquet
  • The NEW Indoor Golf Experience
  • President’s Party

Trial Membership does not include premium or special events, including the March event at Dock’s Oyster House, golf outing registration, Plus One privileges, vendor benefits, or other separately priced events.

Trial Members may register separately for special events when space is available.

After the introductory year, Trial Members may renew under the applicable standard membership category.

All members will have their name and contact information published in the Membership Directory of our Ad Journal.

NJWC is proud to continue highlighting the John “Jack” Ferraro Memorial Scholarship Grant, which supports educational opportunities for eligible dependents of NJWC members.

This scholarship reflects one of the Conference’s strongest traditions: giving back to the families connected to our industry and investing in the next generation.

Coming This September: The NJWC Mobile App
NJWC is preparing to launch a new mobile app in September to help members stay connected throughout the year.

The app will make it easier to access event information, registration updates, reminders, announcements, photos, and other NJWC communications in one convenient place.
