President's Message for 2023-2024 Program

Dear Conference Members, Colleagues and Friends:

Welcome to the 2023-2024 North Jersey Water Conference Program Year!

On July 1^st I assumed responsibility as President of the North Jersey Water Conference.  I am both humbled and honored to continue the path, previously established by my predecessors, who have diligently served the Conference in this capacity for the past 81 years.

As we move into a new year with the Conference, we owe our gratitude to the 2022-2023 Executive Board for their dedication and service, as well as to all our members for giving their time and talents to make last year’s program a success.  Total proceeds from the 2023 Flo Classic Charity Golf Outing amounted to $11,650 which serves as a testament to the dedication and commitment of you, our members.  

This summer, the Executive Board has been hard at work preparing a revamped and exciting schedule for this year.  Our opening event will be an all day, two-part, Vendor Exposition Show.  We will also be adding new venues, bringing back some of the classics, and providing training contact hour opportunities in the interest of our licensed members. 

Moreover, the Executive Board wants to ensure we maintain veteran membership whilst making a strong push to attract new members to the Conference.  Membership is the core of this organization, and the Conference cannot operate efficiently and effectively without our members.  For this reason, I am asking every member to help spread the word to our industry colleagues on how the NJWC creates real value and purpose and to preach the importance of Education, Networking and Fellowship within our profession.
